I can't put into words how thankful I am that the wonderful team looked after our darling Simba on the night he passed away. They went over and above and we will always be thankful for the love, kindness and gentleness they showed our sweet little dog. The care and compassion shown to us afterwards was also outstanding. I cant recommend them enough.

I've only had great experiences with VSOS. They were so kind when I visited with my dog and the receptionists were very attentive, especially the young girl named Rebecca at reception who was brilliant at answering all my questions.

We had excellent service and assistance with our sick puppy late last night. Emma was comforting and reassured us. I would never hesitate to bring my pets back in an emergency.

Our Henry had a grass seed in his neck. The Vets and Vet nurses took great care of him. His surgery was done promptly and with minimal fuss or bother. We were also able to use the Gap pay option so we weren't out of pocket waiting for RSPCA to approve our claim. We'd highly recommend Vet SOS.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SO CARING.. Would highly recommend VSOS. After having an emergency with my beautiful 13 year old labrador on Sunday night at 2am and next day was ANZAC day. They were there for us and to help my injured boy. We traveled from Shellharbour to Miranda as our aftercare from our vet did not happen and absolutely no service in the Illawarra and we needed emergency help from surgery 2 days prior. Thank goodness we could get him in. Sad to say our beautiful boy went to doggy heaven but went to heaven eating liver treats. Thank you from the bottom of my heart x

The staff were all so lovely and really made my experience less stressful. They were always giving updates on my pup where they could!

When your pet is sick or injured you need to feel confident in the level of expertise from your vet. Andrew is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to explain in detail the procedure for my dog Bagel. The staff are warm, helpful, friendly and courteous. I feel confident we are in safe hands and getting the best care available. Thank you to everyone at VSOS.

Excellent experience during a proper scary time. Our little Beaglier had a fit and we rushed him there 2am one morning. The staff were friendly, compassionate and caring. They took great care of him, and he’s fast asleep in my lap now as I write this 😊

Archer was a regular with the ER team as he had an extremely severe heart condition and only had 6-12month life expectancy. The ER team saved Archers life on multiple occasions after him went into heart failure and gave us more time with him that we’re so grateful for. They’re not only professional and empathetic but they care really for the animals and families. I now take my other goldie, Beau, to VSOS and every experience has been amazing. 10/10 service, thank you VSOS! ❤️

I’d like to thank the entire team at VSOS. Not only are we currently battling the end of a pandemic and shortage of vets in Australia but you all still manage to do such an amazing job with a smile. On behalf of myself and my pets, we want to thank you immensely for all of your hard work. I couldn’t trust anyone else with my cats or dogs after you all delivered such a memorable experience, treating them like they’re your own and showering them in love's and pats definitely puts my mind at ease. My Boxer has been under the care of Dr Sara since the end of November. Throughout this time, Dr Sara has been absolutely amazing in caring for Ruby and her communication with me. She has been constantly available with support and advice as Ruby has had many ups and downs. Last week it was discovered that Ruby had cancer. She was operated on 4 days ago and has come through far better than expected. To be honest we initially didn't know if she would make it. The care of the surgeon, vets and nurses was fantastic, however, Sara was an amazing support, sending frequent updates, photos and videos of Ruby after surgery. This made such a difference for our family as we worried about Ruby these last few days. I have 100% faith in Dr Sara and would recommend her care as well as the hospital to all. I only wish humans could be treated as well!

I cannot recommend VSOS highly enough! My dog had a limp for about 2 months and we went to multiple vets who told us she just needed to lose some weight (she is chunky but not huge!), she woke up one day squealing in pain and I rushed her to VSOS. Within 5 minutes she was diagnosed with a torn cruciate and surgery was booked in. My family were worried about surgery (just normal anxiety with your baby going under anesthesia) and Dr Andrew made sure my mum felt as comfortable as possible and even kept her protection crystals in his pocket during surgery. The surgery went great and we just had our 8-week checkup and Sandy is loving life again! Cannot believe how amazing Sandys attitude is now that she is pain-free, all thanks to VSOS!
